École Normale Supérieure de Lyon: Migration Studies

The "Migration Studies" programme is a Master 2 (one year) programme offering a multidisciplinary approach to the phenomenon of migration, combining contributions from the humanities and social sciences (economics, geography, history, political science, sociology) and legal sciences. Part of the Master of Social Sciences at ENS Lyon, it is integrated into the European programme EuMIGS, opening the possibility for students joining this programme to stay with one of our partners for a semester of training. The international nature of this programme and the fact that it is open to students from our European partners means that some, if not all, courses will be given in English. A good level of English is therefore necessary in order to choose it. The course includes participation in a research programme or an open field in the Lyon area during the M2 year, supervised by the project leader.
