The Master in Sociology, Focus on Migration and Ethnic Studies at the University of Liège, Belgium, is a two-years master programme entirely taught in English. The aim of this master is to provide students with a critical view of society and a focus on phenomena linked to migration. In this regard, the master offers an innovative multidisciplinary approach taking into account political, sociological, legal and economic aspects of migration. Moreover, students will benefit from courses that impart theoretical, practical and methodological skills in social sciences and more specifically related to migratory processes.

The unique feature of this MA programme is the multidisciplinary approach promoted by academic experts. Incoming EuMIGS students will have to choose courses with a combined total of 60 ECTS, for example:
- Geopolitics of the Western Mediterranean (6 ECTS)
- Arts, Ethnicity and Migration (6 ECTS)
- Citizenship and Political Participation of Minorities (6 ECTS)
- Sociology of Racism (6 ECTS)
- Migration and Integration Practice and Policies (6 ECTS)
- Master thesis (30 ECTS)

No tuition fees are charged for incoming EuMIGS double degree students, whether EU or non-EU students.
